1. How to become an American Rena Member
In order to become American Rena International Corporation (American Rena) e-business member, the individual must be at least 18 years old and have a sponsor; the sponsor has to have an official name registered with the American Rena membership system. Once registered, minimum purchase requirements must be met (one purchase every 6 months).
American Rena reserves all rights to accept or reject (without explanation) anyone’s membership application. In the event that the company rejects an individual’s application to become an American Rena member, the company will deliver a notice of rejection to the applicant within 3-30 days of headquarters’ receipt of the applicant’s membership application and agreement.
Social security number, identification card number, or passport number may be used as your American Rena applicant identification number. Regardless of what kind of documentation you use, you may only use it once; you may not use it repeatedly. In the event that there are more than one individual’s names and numbers on an application or agreement, the company will only authorize the first applicant’s number as a member identification number. American Rena will not accept or process any application that fails to provide the true name of a natural person. A specific applicant shall not furnish a false name or false information; otherwise, he or she will be held legally accountable.
2. Regulations regarding purchase of products
American Rena members are not required to carry large amount of inventory. Any and all purchasing behavior is based on the individual member’s considered decisions regarding his or her needs.
In accordance with the provisions of the company’s award system, to become a member, absolutely no form of merchandise inventory is required. At each product introduction meeting, the company’s representatives must explicitly state that all customers must order merchandise directly from American Rena online and that the company headquarters will arrange for the merchandise to be shipped directly to the customers.
Under no circumstances will members, regardless of whether they are new or existing members, be permitted to stockpile a large inventory of merchandise by ordering products from the company in order to obtain awards, and engage in independent sales.
3. Procedures for merchandise order and contacting the company
All American Rena members must place their orders through the company’s website. The price posted on the website does not include any fees that may be associated with the transaction i.e. foreign currency exchange, bank surcharges, etc. American Rena does not accept any phone orders; this is to minimize human error during the ordering process. All active members need to assist new members placing online orders.
4. Regulations regarding retail sales
American Rena’s sales plan is based on product retail sales. The company does not require members to order large quantities of merchandise. In the event that an individual American Rena member imposes additional requirements on an applicant, the applicant should, within 30 days, furnish the company with copies of receipts of all retail sales of products sold to the customers so as to allow the company to verify those sales.
The company’s policy strictly forbids American Rena members from stockpiling a large amount of merchandise in an effort to satisfy the company’s award requirements and thereby to accumulate a backlog of products. In accordance with the company’s policy, a member has no obligation to stock an inventory of merchandise, nor does the company permit a member to impose the obligation to stock an inventory of merchandise on another member.
5. Revision/Update of information
American Rena reserves the right to modify or revise its policies or regulations; unilaterally without notice. It also reserves the right to modify the following items: the wholesale price and recommended retail price of company products; production and formulation of products; award plans; or any other items that the company believes require revisions and improvements. All modifications and revisions will be directly conveyed to each member by means of the company’s website. Revisions will go into effect beginning on the day that said revisions are announced by the company and are binding on all members. Each member of American Rena must update him or herself of the latest company information in a timely manner and transmit that information to his or her colleagues. After American Rena has adopted the use of new forms or documents, members may no longer continue to use old forms or documents. 6. Membership changes and transfers
Conditions governing the transfer of ownership rights:
- Only members who have become American Rena members after three active months are qualified to propose a transfer. Each member ID can only be transferred once.
- Incoming members and outgoing members need to both provide written notice. Include copies of proper ID by fax or email attachments only. Both parties need to provide signatures on their written notices or the page with both parties' IDs. Incoming members need to provide date of birth, full name, ID, address, zip/postal codes, telephone number, mother's maiden name, email address; sponsor phone number, address, and zip/postal code.
- Cost of membership transfer is $100 and will be deducted from incoming member's commission.
- Commission disputes will be resolved between members only. Incoming members need to apply for new MasterCard for future disbursement of commission.
- Only after the completed application for transfer is received will the application process start. Within 5 business days, the transfer process will be complete.
- After the transfer is complete, commission will cease to load into the outgoing member's MasterCard.
- After the transfer is complete, the incoming member will be notified via message through member's back-office, with a link to apply for the new MasterCard.
Until the transfer procedures have been completed, the company will not accept any new business or requests for orders from this member.
Upon the death of a member, his or her career and all his or her rights will be passed to their legally appointed successor, either through will or court probate. Confirmation of inheritance rights will become valid only after the successor provides a death certificate, notarized will, court ruling or copies of any related legal documents. If, for any reason, the successor is unable to obtain inheritance rights on schedule, the company must turn over any award money distributable during that time period to a trust company for safekeeping.
7. Returns and Exchanges
All American Rena members will disclose to new members that, the impact of return and charge backs has a great impact on the company. This is the reason for providing returns only to purchases that do not generate a placement in the binary system. To request a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization is needed first. In the event of seeking a refund, excluding promotional items, please refer to the following:
- Within 48 hours of paid purchase: less shipping and handling, 100% refundable;
- Within 4th to 14th day of paid purchase: less shipping and handling and 10% restocking fee, 100% refundable;
- Beyond 14th day: not refundable.
All return and exchange items need to follow the procedure mentioned above and must be delivered back to company headquarters within a reasonable time. Shipping and insurance are pre-paid by the sender. All return and exchange items need to be in the original package. Within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, after inspection, return/exchange can be processed.
All American Rena members must inspect products in the presence of express delivery staff when signing for the products. Should there be any damage to the product; the member must have the express delivery staff issue a proof of damaged-merchandise. Member must also notify the company through member’s back office message system within 48 hours for the RMA Department to verify. American Rena will not be responsible for any exchange requests beyond 48 hours.
8. Buyback policy
Members who have withdrawn from the company may use the above policy to take full advantage of the company’s purchasing policies in accordance with relevant regulations, during times stipulated to be effective under the law, and in accordance with relevant provisions and conditions.
9. Active member code of conduct
All active members of American Rena should, but are not limited to, maintain a positive image and reputation whenever in the public promoting American Rena’s products, prospecting for new members, and promoting during trade shows. American Rena does not tolerate nor condone any wrong doing, falsified representation, unethical, or law-breaking activities. American Rena requires all members abide by the laws of local and state governing bodies. If any active member, at any time, causes harm, a derogatory image or negative publicity; internally to the members or externally in the public, the company will terminate their membership privileges. If an active member has been complained about by 5 other members during any given period, such member’s privileges will be suspended for investigation. If the complaints are verified, membership will be revoked and all privileges, including bonus, surrendered.
10. Sponsors’ rights
One or more members may, under various circumstances, come in contact with the same prospective member. It is likely to trigger conflict. American Rena will not intervene with such conflict. American Rena will only recognize the first successfully approved application for new membership; the name under the sponsor column will be the rightful sponsor of the new member.
11. Sponsors’ responsibilities
All new members are entitled to training, free of charge. Sponsors will provide service, training, and all necessary aides to the new member without monetary compensation. Sponsor will assist new members in all aspects of becoming a successful independent representative of American Rena. Assistance includes, but is not limited to, accurate registration, purchase of products, product knowledge, and company policy and codes of conduct.
Should there be any error related to the membership registration process, request for a correction needs to be submitted through the sponsors’ back-office within 48 hours after valid membership registration. Anything beyond 48 hours, a processing fee will be charged. American Rena will not assume any responsibility for any loss due to member/sponsor initiated errors during registration process.
The sponsors are further responsible for the management of new members’ marketing development. Sponsors need to maintain regular contact with his or her members through, but not limited to, the following: conferences, lectures, seminar, training session, emails, messaging boards and phone calls. Sponsors are required to report to American Rena the progress and provide proof of the execution of such responsibility every 6 months.
12. Company’s obligations
According to American Rena’s sales bonus plan and the rules and regulations of the terms and conditions of membership, we make the following commitments to our members:
- Provide products of the highest quality while maintain competitive pricing.
- Provide the highest standard training procedures to gain better product knowledge.
- Provide attainable payouts, according to the profitability of American Rena, under the sales award structure.
13. Use of Company’s logo and registered trademarks
The use of American Rena’s name, trade mark, service mark, and any tangible or intangible assets, is strictly regulated by American Rena. Any member, using any type of communication media, is required to clearly display that he or she is an individual member, not the Company. At all times, all members are required to show a distinction between American Rena and themselves. Members are restricted from representing the Company in any public domain without written consent of American Rena.
14. Advertisements
American Rena member may sell the company’s products at trade shows or sales exhibitions, but are absolutely not permitted to sell or display other types of products at the same time. Members must strictly abide by the relevant regulations governing the company logo, trademark, and like areas.
15. Copy rights
Ownership rights and copyright of all literature produced and circulated by American Rena and all training courses held, are the proprietary property of American Rena. They may not be used without authorization, duplicated, or forged, in any manner, by anyone. Violators will be prosecuted.
16. Selection of a company name
As an American Rena member, you can choose a company name for yourself. However, a member’s company name cannot create the false impression that the member is one of American Rena’s employees or agents. The American Rena logo may only be used to indicate that there is a contractual relationship between American Rena and the member. The member may not falsify or create an ambiguous image to imply a relationship to American Rena.

17. Tradeshows and expositions
An American Rena member may sell this company’s products at a trade show or sales exhibition, but is absolutely not permitted to sell or display other types of products at the same time. Members must strictly abide by the relevant regulations governing the company logo, trademark, and like areas.
18. Yellow pages
With regard to phone book advertising by company members, please follow the guidelines in accordance with the following American Rena -approved format:
After the member’s name, indicate:
American Rena International Corp., Member (the font used for these logos must be at least as big as the font used for the member’s name); or
Member’s name, American Rena Member (font must be at least as big as the font used for the member’s name); following which, indicate:
Member’s address
Member’s telephone number
American Rena does not permit members to place eye-catching advertising in any phone book. When a company member asks the telephone company to register his or her telephone number, he or she may not represent that his or her telephone number belongs to American Rena or ask that it be placed in the entry for American Rena, or in any manner create confusion causing the local operator to be misled such that calls to American Rena headquarters or branch companies are transferred to the member in question. The company also does not permit members to use American Rena’s telephone number or address in any manner.
19. Business cards
In the event that an American Rena member uses a name card or letterhead on which American Rena’s logo and name are printed, such member must abide by the following rules:
A. If the name card or letterhead displays the American Rena logo or name, it must also bear the words “American Rena member” in a font of an equal size to that of the member’s name.
B. When an American Rena member makes up name cards or letterhead, he or she must abide by the following regulations.
C. The words “American Rena International Corp” may not be displayed above the name of the member’s own company.
In the absence of American Rena’s approval, it is strictly forbidden to use the American Rena logo, name, or any commercial application pertaining to American Rena.
20. Discussion of income and bonus
When discussing his or her income or the income of another company member, American Rena member may not set out to convey a false impression or to mislead. He or she must try as much as possible to avoid giving anyone the impression that you can make a lot of money “easily.” Members should continually explain that each person’s success completely depends on company support and the amount of effort put forth by the individual. As members put forth a different amount of effort, he or she is rewarded accordingly.
American Rena members may not promise anyone that they will receive a particular amount of remuneration; nor are they allowed to promise on behalf of American Rena that anyone will receive any manner of economic gain or reward beyond the income stipulated under the company’s award plan.
American Rena strictly forbids members from displaying or flaunting income from awards issued by the company to them or to others. American Rena firmly believes that the fact of the success and income that the company truly brings people is enough to make it strongly attractive, and that there is no need in this regard to resort to enticement or to make false promises or to mislead.
21. Voluntary termination of membership
We ask that all members who sever all contact with American Rena to submit a signed letter of resignation to company headquarters or to make the above request online. Only individuals who have terminated their American Rena memberships for over 6 months are qualified to reapply for membership. Please see member announcement regarding transfer of membership.
22. Involuntary termination of membership
If it is proven that an American Rena member has violated the member’s agreement with the company or has violated the company’s relevant rules and regulations, American Rena will terminate the violator’s membership. Violation of the rules includes but is not limited to the following several areas:
A. Member violates his or her agreement with the company.
B. Without the company’s authorization and acting on his or her own, a member distorts the facts and falsifies or damages American Rena’s reputation so as to cause a negative impact on the company’s products and on the company’s purchase-award plan. Anytime a member commits these acts or violates any other relevant provisions of the rules and regulations, the company will revoke the membership.
If the company decides, after investigation, to revoke a membership in accordance with the company’s policy, the following steps will be taken:
- A notification to the violator will be sent by email expressing the Company’s intent to formally terminate his or her membership credentials.
- The member who has violated the rules will be permitted to submit an appeal to the company within 10 working days, requesting the company to reexamine the whole story behind the entire matter in question.
- The company is exclusively entitled to rendering a final decision whether to terminate the violator’s membership credentials.
American Rena reserves the absolute right to terminate the membership credentials of a member who has violated the rules and to demand compensation. In the event that any member violates any provision of the company agreement, award plan, rules and regulations, or supplementary amendments, or the spirit of any such provision, the company will sanction said member by terminating his or her membership credentials. In the event that the company discovers a violation of the rules and, following proof of same, renders the decision to terminate an individual’s membership credentials, such termination will take effect from the date that the violator of the rules is notified thereof.
23. Impact of termination of membership
Once a member’s membership privileges have been terminated, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, the member will no longer have the right to receive the company’s various awards or benefits, or to provide anyone with services in the company’s name, or to sponsor an applicant seeking to become a member of the company. In addition, a member who has been expelled by the company is no longer qualified to claim award money under the company product award plan. A member whose membership credentials have been forcibly terminated by the company is not permitted to reapply for company membership.
24. Sales tax
In the course of operating your business as an American Rena member, you will encounter the issue of sales tax collection and payment. Sales tax will vary depending on the area; different cities, counties, states, or countries will all have different requirements. When selling products, product promotional materials, or other literature, the company will deduct sales tax for members who live in California or those other members who have indicated their place of residence on their merchandise order form and on the website. Whereas, with regard to members who live in other areas, those members will have to take sole responsibility for the issues of sales tax in accordance with the laws of their respective locations. They must declare all sales taxes on product retail sales, to the relevant city, county, or state financial authorities. In addition, each American Rena member is solely responsible for declaring all sales tax on award income.
25. Service items
American Rena is responsible for providing members the items offered by the e-business office on the company’s website. All information and materials on all products, supplementary materials required for product promotion and career development, and reports regarding the situation and income of American Rena members are available here. All new, recall, and updates of company communication will be available via member announcements first.
Awards for American Rena members will be disbursed by company designated award card; such as MasterCard. American Rena reserves the right to change service provisions of such card, without prior notice.
26. Training
Members can receive training by reading company product introductions and other relevant company materials; or they can obtain training by arranging through their sponsors to make use of video or audio materials, and, on a regular basis, by participating in training and marketing lectures held by the sponsors. Future implementation of company sponsored lectures and conferences will be announced.
27. Income taxes
All American Rena members are independent contractors. Members having this status only receive commissions and awards, and the question of income tax withholding, as with the wages issued by an employer, is not present. Company members must, on their own initiative, declare their income and make tax declarations to the relevant tax collection agencies. If necessary, American Rena will provide the IRS and company members with IRS 1099 tax forms, in accordance with the law (within United States).
28. Confidentiality
The company has the right to periodically provide American Rena members with sales materials, information and reports. Company members must acknowledge that the company is disclosing the relevant information to the members, in confidence, for the members’ use, but that the information is the property of the company, and the members must preserve the confidentiality of this information on the company’s behalf. Company members must promise that they will not disclose the company’s information in any manner to any other enterprise or entity.
Unlawful use of the company’s information is a violation of trademark law or implied laws. Such behavior would inflict irrecoverable loss and harm on the company and the company’s members. In the event that a member improperly uses the company’s confidential information, American Rena’s logo, name, or any American Rena trademark or commercial name, registered name, or any other relevant information, the company reserves the right of legal redress or to resort to other corresponding legal remedies.
29. Telemarketing
The company does not permit members to use the company’s name or specialized information on automated telemarketing equipment, whether for product advertising or for some other purpose. All American Rena members must understand and follow the relevant federal government rules regarding “the prohibition against commercial solicitation phone calls”.
30. Labels and packages
Under no circumstances should American Rena’s labels or packages be altered. Members are strictly forbidden to change the labeling or switch the packaging of company products; the reproduction or duplication of American Rena’s labels, containing all trademarks or service marks, are not permitted at anytime.
31. Consent to protect Company
Company members must promise to protect the company’s interests; to refrain from harming American Rena , the company’s management, the company’s agents, or its members of board of directors; to refrain from making any illegitimate claims; and to refrain from seeking any compensation from them, or demanding they assume any responsibility or expense, for a member’s losses (including but not limited to legal fees arising from or that might arise from the member agreement, and costs required by a distributor in the course of developing American Rena career).
32. Relevant regulations and transfer of right
Pursuant to the agreement, company members may not transfer their own rights to another member without the company’s permission. Please see member announcements.
33. Comments and suggestions
American Rena accepts members’ comments and suggestions only when they are submitted in writing (fax or email). These are sent to the company headquarters. After the documents are received, they will be submitted to the company management for handling within 24 hours and replies will be issued in a timely manner. Special opinions and suggestions must be studied and ratified by the board of directors, following which they are handled, and replies are issued, on a uniform basis. All constructive comments and suggestions are welcome; however, should the comments be deem as derogatory, offensive, or creating a negative impact, suspension of membership will be immediately invoked pending further investigation.
35. Force majeure
Inability of American Rena to fulfill any of its obligations shall not subject American Rena to any liability if such delay or failure is caused by or results from acts beyond American Rena’s control such as but not limited to acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, drought, outbreaks of disease, epidemics, war, terrorism, riot, sabotage, embargo, strikes or other labor trouble, unavailability of necessary utilities, or compliance with any Laws.
